Economic Resiliency Center Groundbreaking

The Economic Resiliency Center (ERC) Groundbreaking Ceremony took place this morning, marking the official start of construction for the highly anticipated financial data center and management building for the CNMI Department of Finance (DOF). 

Funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration (EDA), TRMA worked with the CNMI DOF and Department of Public Works to provide resilient and energy efficient design for the two-story facility. The ERC building will also serve as an emergency preparedness, communications, and operations center, and is expected to be completed by August 2027.
