Northern Marianas College Topping Out Completion

Northern Marianas College reached a key milestone today as College officials, CNMI leaders, and project partners gathered to commemorate the topping out of the NMC Student Center. This ceremony, traditionally held when a building reaches its highest point, marked the completion of the structural phase with the final pour of 164 cubic yards of concrete for the Student Center roof.
