Public Hearing Held for Proposed Educational Facility in Tumon

A public hearing was held on September 24, 2026 to introduce a new educational facility in Tumon. In conjunction with the Department of Land Management, TRMA presented the Grandview Development Educational Facility to members of the community for the currently vacant retail building along San Vitores Road to become the new location for iLearn Academy Charter School.

The proposed project is expected to be completed before the 2027-28 school year, with classrooms, admin offices, assembly areas, and paraprofessional/teacher spaces to be programmed into the space. A main drop off area as well as bus and parent drop off areas, bus queueing area, covered athletic court, sports field, and new parking will be integrated on site.
