
Cedric Cruz

Cedric Cruz is a licensed architect and has been with TRMA since 2002. He has participated in the planning and design of various building types including educational, commercial, resort, and residential buildings. He is experienced in all of phases of work for building projects, and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects Guam & Micronesia Chapter.
Cedric is experienced with Sustainable Design. He is a LEED Accredited Professional. He has worked on three building projects for the Guam Community College that are designed to achieve LEED Certification. Cedric also developed Master Plans for the Guam Community College and the University of Guam, which both incorporate sustainable development. He is also concerned with sustainable design's importance in the development of livable communities.
Cedric served as the Project Coordinator for the Inarajan Revitalization Plan, leading the AIA's overall effort for the project. The development of the Revitalization Plan required site research, agency coordination, and stakeholder coordination.
Cedric's post-secondary educational building work includes the Foundation Building Renovation, the Building 200 Renovation, the Building 100 Renovation, and the Forensic DNA Lab Facility; which are all Guam Community College building projects. Master Plans for the Guam Community College and the University of Guam are also part of Cedric's post-secondary work experience.
Cedric has previous work experience with the Airport. His most recent work is programming study for a proposed Transit Hotel that servers Airline crews and Business Travelers. His previous airport work includes Concept Design for the check-in Lobby Airline signage, Restroom renovations, and the preparation of Procurement Package for various airport equipment and vehicles.
