
Jaime Pangelinan
Senior Design Manager
Jaime P. Pangelinan is a local of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), having been born and raised on the island of Saipan. Since joining TRMA in 2015, she has accumulated a diverse range of experience in planning, design, construction documentation, and construction administration. Jaime earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Portland State University in 2010, followed by a master's degree in architecture from the California College of the Arts in San Francisco in 2013.
Throughout her career, Jaime has worked on a variety of projects, including commercial, educational, and residential facilities, as well as local and government projects in the CNMI, Guam, and Hawaii. Since returning home to Saipan in 2018, she has been leading several significant CNMI projects, such as the Northern Marianas College (NMC) Facilities Master Plan, NMC Student Center Building, NMC CRED Building, NMC Classroom Buildings, Economic Resiliency Center Building, and the CNMI Cultural Event Center.
Jaime has been passionate about pursuing a career in architecture since a young age, inspired by her family's longstanding lineage of engineers. She is driven by the opportunity to transform a client’s visions into spatial experiences and by the positive impact a design can have on the community. In her leisure time, Jaime is an avid golfer and is part of two CNMI Golf Club associations, as well as relaxing at the beach on weekends.
Jaime is a member of the AIA Marianas Chapter and serves as a board member of the NMTECH Foundation Fund Board.
