The Hagatña Shopping Center renovations and upgrades converted the existing 180,000 sf typhoon damaged structure and fully renovated it’s interior and exterior. The project also added an additional 80,000 square feet of retail, administration, meeting rooms, and support areas without extending the building footprint utilizing mezzanines and an internal second floor.
