The interior renovation of the Bank of Guam ITC Branch completed in December 2022 includes a complete renovation of their existing space to update the branch with their new branding standards.

The existing branch teller line and offices were completely demolished to provide an updated Transact Zone to include individual Teller Pods with a curved video wall behind, a back office they call Dug Out, a separate Commercial Teller area for their merchant customers, two Hotel Offices, a 24/7 ATM room that opens up into the Bank’s Lobby during the day and separated at night with a NanaWall glass system, Waiting Area complete with beverage counter, tech tables, video wall and a Live Green wall, Staff Lounge and Cash/Vault room.

A new curved ceiling was introduced with upgraded energy efficient lighting and a new air conditioning system. A Night Depository and a Drive-up ATM located in the Parking Garage was also included with the renovation project.
