The Blue Lagoon Plaza is a one-story retail shopping center with 20,000 square feet of tenant lease space situated on a 2-acre site. The design elements of the Blue Lagoon Plaza create a “village” of restaurants and shops with a variety of forms and colors to guide the patron from one spatial experience to the next.

The design offers flexible floor plan opportunities. This allows lease spaces to be sized in various configurations to meet individual tenant needs. Ample plumbing and electrical stub-outs and air-conditioning units are provided for each proposed lease space to support adaptable tenant layouts.
