The Cars Plus / Cycles Plus dealership is located in Maite. Taniguchi Ruth Makio Architects provided Design Services and also provided Construction Contract Administration Services during the 14-month construction period.

TRMA also assisted the owner with signage, color selections and FF&E. The new dealership is a two-story building with the admin located above their service drive-through. The showrooms are divided into three (3) main showrooms, service bays, parts department, accounting and dealer operation.
