TRMA+ provided a branch facility with full service, serving as a redundant facility of the current Maite Main Branch. Located in Tamuning, Upper Tumon (across GTA), it is a two-story composite concrete structure with total of area of 26,800 SF.

Although LEED accreditation was not a requirement for this project, the structure features energy efficiency and environmental conscious materials and systems such as rainwater catchment, PV panels, occupancy sensor lighting controls, etc.

Similar to their Maite Branch, a Drive-up Canopy with Drive-Thru ATMs, and by-pass lanes, pneumatic teller tubes were provided along with drive-up teller stations. The building will maintain the materials and finishes in keeping with the language of the branch headquarters and the existing branch. This will help keep the facilities maintenance efficient and maintain a consistent and
recognizable brand image.
