Taniguchi-Ruth-Associates worked with the medical planning firm of Rex Whitaker Allen, FAIA for the design of the community hospital and public health center for the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas. TR+A participated in the design process to develop a site, cultural and environmentally sensitive facility.
