Saipan Comfort Homes is a two-story affordable housing complex conveniently located adjacent to the Northern Marianas College.  The complex consists of forty two-bedroom apartments at 1000 SF each.   This complex is composed of four buildings interconnected with covered walks and stairways. A community center and a basketball court serve to promote interaction among residents.
