Building E, completed 2015 achieved LEED Gold certification through the application of energy efficient amenities and environmentally responsible design. Building E is approximately 22,600 SF, full renovation of an existing steel structure which provided for a concrete envelope suitable for Guam’s harsh environmental conditions.
