This mixed-use project was completed in 2012 and achieved LEED Silver Certification. The 21,000SF major renovation contains the campus re, cafe, classrooms, testing labs, and offices. The project is a gateway building that relates to the New Learning Resource Center and frames the main entrance to the Guam Community College.
