The Learning Resource Center is a new Gold LEED certified 20,000 square foot facility at the Guam Community College (GCC). The design intent was to provide an environment that promotes the contemporary concept that college curricula is based on collaborative group interactions instead of the more traditional individual study settings. The Center’s main feature is a double height rotunda space holds Circulation / Service Areas and anchors the facility’s surrounding space.
