The first phase of the master plan, completed in 1993, includes the following facilities:
120,000 sf Golf Clubhouse, serving a demanding 18-hole course designed by Jack Nicklaus and a 9-hole course by Arnold Palmer , 200 room Hotel, 110 of 2000 Condominium units, and 50 of 800 Duplex units.

The rest of the phases included: 80,000 SF Swim Clubhouse, 40,000
SF Tennis Clubhouse, 50 Single Family Residences, Village Center including Bowling Alley, Sales Retail
Building, General Retail Building, Administration Building, Security
Building and Gas Station. Lakeside Promenade Building including Reception Center, Dance Hall, Train Stations, Restaurants and Exhibition Boardwalks, Community and Neighborhood Centers,
including Recreational Facilities.

TRMA+ was part of a multi-disciplinary team
of regional specialists. As manager for all architectural work, TRMA+ developed
standard basis of design, production guidelines, details and specifications to be adhered to by all firms. TRMA+ is responsible for
construction documents and construction administration for all
buildings.
