TRA+ designed this 286-room beach-side hotel on Agana Bay. This is the first hotel outside Japan owned and operated by the developer, and TRA+ guided them through the decision-making and government-permitting process, provided comprehensive planning and design services. Also on the grounds are two World War II gun emplacements which were restored in place as valuable historical memorials.
