The Red Lobster Restaurant Fit-out Project has an area of 5,206 SF, located at the Tumon
Sands Plaza. The work includes incorporating
the Concept Design/Design Development Packages and design elements to meet Red Lobster Design standards as provided by Livit Global Experience Design (F&B Designer) for
the Back of House layout (kitchen and bar) and the Front of House design.

Work also included providing Architectural
permit drawings and construction documentation services for the Interior Fit-Out of the new restaurant. TRMA worked with Livit for the Full Bar and Kitchen layout, Front of the House Design, Key brand elements, and restroom design. TRMA coordinated with Livit regarding local codes, ADA and fire codes or any regulations that affects the new restaurant fit-out work. TRMA also prepared
Construction Document backgrounds for coordination with the Engineering Team as
required for Building Permit and Construction,
and assisted the owner for their coordination with Tumon Sands Plaza , their representatives and Red Lobster as required.
