The Summer Breeze is a low-income housing tax credit development and was built to provide safe, healthy, and affordable housing for working individuals and families. This new construction project was completed in December 2023 in Barrigada, Guam, and consists of 64 units across 8 buildings, ranging from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom, 75,321 square feet, located on a 9.51-acre
site.

The Summer Breeze also includes a Community Center with Fitness Center, Multi-purpose room, guest tenant
parking, ADA parking, BBQ pavilions and picnic areas, sports court and open field playground.
