Summer Green is a 4-story apartment complex located in the heart of an urban commercial area.  Dwelling units were designed to incorporate contemporary, energy-saving design in both architecture amenities and home features.   Exterior green space was maximized to provide ambient landscaping. Tamuning Multi-Family Residences was developed under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, and designed with the vision of enhancing family living standards in the Guam community.
